Classical guitar - Guermantes - circa 1950
Classical 4/4 guitar made by Carlos Guermantes in the 1950s with the label and handwritten signature.
This guitar is made according to the tradition of violin making with spruce for the top, maple for the back, sides and neck.
The net which surrounds the table is in duplicate that which one finds on the violins.
Beautiful workmanship for a rare stamp.
