Active Vibratory Méditation
Description of the workshop
One of the main difficulties encountered in meditation is the incessant activity of the mind.
However, the intuitive music workshops that we have been giving for several years have shown us that sound has the power to captivate and calm the mind. This is all the benefit that we derive from listening and emitting sounds, sound vibrations.
In these workshops of active vibratory meditation , we alternate periods of listening and emission of sounds with short periods of silence which allow us to gradually "lower" the spirit into the heart and taste a fullness which is usually only accessible after long moments of silent sitting.
