Meditation is not just relaxation although relaxation is one of the benefits of meditation.
The meditation presented here is based on a multi-millennial tradition that questions our deepest identity. Who are we when we take off all our "hats", the roles we play in our life? What is our relationship with our mind? How to access the depth of our being?
During this introductory workshop, we will explore these questions together through both practice and understanding.
From this workshop will be offered regular meditation workshops where each time we will explore one of the themes that affect this rich practice.
