Interesting violin from 1889-L.Lemarie Chateauroux- 361 mm
This is a little known author at the elegant work.
The flat arching give this violin an open sound that is both powerful and rich in harmonics.
The bridge is signed Collin Mezin.
This French violin dating from the late nineteenth century is in excellent condition.
The back in one part is drawn from a beautiful maple.
Note a scratch on the top of the table left part.
